Tarvisio Silent Play
Silent play is an immersive experience of listening and movement: through headphones and audio tracks, visitors move through the urban space following voices, sounds, music, and narrative suggestions. This route does not include a guide; the experience is self-guided, following the map and instructions provided.
Silent play can be enjoyed:
- with audio guides available at the Tarvisio Infopoint (Via Roma 14), which must be requested and returned during opening hours, taking care of them throughout the tour;
- or via your smartphone, by scanning the dedicated QR code and using your own headphones.
For the experience to be successful, it is important to activate each audio track at the point indicated on the map and follow the suggested order of the route.
This experience was created as part of the European project Interreg VI-A Italy–Austria PLACES, which enhances cultural and natural heritage through digital tools, artistic languages, and participatory storytelling, with the aim of making culture more accessible and enjoyable for all.
This silent play was created with the aim of promoting wider access to Tarvisio's intangible cultural heritage: stories, memories, sounds, languages, and identities that inhabit the area and tell its story.
