A format developed by the Tarvisio Tourist Promotion Consortium that, over the years, has been able to attract thousands of enthusiasts and gourmands to Friuli Venezia Giulia from all over Italy and from various places across the border, primarily from neighboring Austria and Slovenia.
The event has always been a showcase of the excellence of the
regional, national and international wine production, offering a packed program of events including the tasting exhibition, guided tastings, flavor workshops, dinners in homes and restaurants with great Italian and international chefs and close encounters with some of the most important producers on the Italian and international wine and food scene.

Ein Prosit Summer is held in July in the Tarvisio area.
The particularity of this event is its ability to connect themes such as nature, active vacation and wellness with the tradition, culture and gastronomy of the area.
The articulated program includes a mix of initiatives that allow guests to immerse themselves in nature with excursions, forest bathing experiences, guided outdoor tastings, in addition to the wide range of food and wine proposals that guests will be able to experience through master classes, workshops, starred dinners in addition to the tradition and innovation initiative that enhances the local culinary heritage through the proposal of menus linked to the territory.

Ein Prosit Udine takes place in the center of Udine at the end of October, with a full calendar of events to discover traditional products.
The third edition in 2022 was special and focused on the revival of Italian products in the world at a very delicate historical moment.
The ambitious program included more than 100 events in five days, including dinners featuring great chefs, tastings, meetings, workshops and masterclasses, chaired by well-known personalities̀ of the wine and food journalistic scene, sector operators and some of the best chefs of international fame.
