During 2024 and 2025, the writer implemented a series of initiatives to promote the area covered by the LAG, thanks to EAFRD support under the 2014-2020 FVG RDP, Measure 19, sub-measure 19.2, action 2.5. The main objective was to promote the area through the creation and dissemination of targeted content, enhancing the various resources of the territory and amplifying visibility on a regional and national scale. The information, promotion and dissemination activities were diversified and distributed across various channels. Themed photo shoots and videos were produced to represent the territory in all seasons, in addition to the publication of a promotional catalogue distributed at Info Points, IATs, municipal information points and accommodation facilities. The advertising campaigns included the publication of tabular pages in regional (Messaggero Veneto, Il Piccolo) and national (Repubblica) newspapers, promotional spots on radio and TV (Tele4, Radio Punto Zero, Radio Deejay) and an intense social media marketing campaign specifically targeting nature, culture, crafts, gastronomy and sport. From a digital perspective, a web app was created for families to engage children in discovering the area through an interactive experience and raise their awareness of sustainability issues. To ensure the success of the initiative, working groups were organised with local authorities and organisations (Comunità di Montagna del Gemonese, Val Canale e Canal del Ferro, Parco Naturale delle Prealpi Giulie, Sportland), promoting an integrated approach that would enhance the area from a naturalistic and cultural point of view. Thanks to the implementation of the initiatives described above, the Consortium has reached a wide audience at national level, both through traditional media and digital campaigns. The most significant result of the project was the consolidation of inter-territorial collaboration between the bodies involved, a strategic objective that we hope will continue over time, further strengthening cohesion and the joint promotion of the entire area. The experience gained in this project has consolidated the Consortium's desire to continue with future projects aimed at integrating promotion strategies, including the extension of sustainable destination certification according to GSTC criteria to the entire area, the continuation of collaborations with institutions and mountain communities to expand the sustainable tourism offer, and the implementation of new digital technologies to enrich the interactive tourist experience and lay the foundations for a long-term sustainable tourism development strategy. The initiative carried out in 2024-2025 made it possible to strengthen the visibility of the LAG territory through a structured, multi-sector territorial marketing plan.
